To use our VoIP services to make or receive calls, you must have 3G, 4G or ADSL internet. We recommend a minimum internet speed of 256 kbps upload and download to provide a good quality service when receiving or making calls.

If you do not have an Internet connection, you can use the call forwarding feature that allows you to forward incoming calls to your current landline or mobile phone number. To make calls without Internet, you can use our access number (you dial a number and the system asks you to enter the number you want to call).
